We really enjoyed our tour of western Cuba organised by MiCuba. We opted for private transport.
This proved to be a good choice as we heard about problems with rental cars in several places and we saw the problem with getting fuel.
All transfers were beautifully on time. So were the excursions. All in all, a great trip.
The advance information was very clear. A Dutch travel agent (Monique) is open to all your questions. She goes through the trip with you in great detail.
During the trip, the taxis were well on time. The people are super friendly. The casas we had stayed in met all expectations. Thank you Micuba :)
As a seasoned traveller, I was still keen to have Micuba arrange Cuba and I haven't regretted it for a moment! Everything was organised to perfection, even the taxis were on time and had enough petrol. The country is in crisis but the people are and remain nice and happy and friendly. The casas were either beautiful and colonial or smaller and more personal.
